Although still in the decision making process, Marie has been nothing but honest, helpful and kind.  She is a woman of  good, supportive intent, and that was obvious in both our exploratory phone calls and in her free consultation evaluating the feasibility of an estate sale.  She provided options, her pricing structure is  reasonable, she is knowledgeable of the area market and what is "sellable" and she has kept us informed along the way.
